2. Scope

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, contracts and deliveries via www.lanternevolanti.com. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing.

3. Offer, prices, information

  • Images/descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor deviations may occur.
  • All prices in EUR incl. VAT, excl. shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Obvious errors/typos reserved; we may cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Ordering & contract

A contract is formed upon checkout completion and our order confirmation by email. We may refuse orders in case of doubt or unavailability.

5. Payment

Methods: iDEAL (Pay.nl – NL), PayPal/card, SEPA bank transfer. For SEPA:

Always include your order number in the reference.

6. Delivery & risk

  • We ship with DHL. With payment confirmation before 12:00 we usually hand over to DHL the same business day (no Sundays/public holidays).
  • Lead times are indicative; carrier delays do not entitle to damages.
  • Risk passes upon delivery to your specified address or chosen pickup point.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

  • 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason.
  • Notify withdrawal within 14 days at info@lanternevolanti.com; return within a further 14 days.
  • Only handling as in a shop is permitted; further use may lead to value reduction.

8. Returns & costs

  • Returns are not free. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • We do not refund the original shipping charges or any non-refundable payment fees.
  • Use a trackable service; you are responsible until received by us.
  • Items must be undamaged, complete and—where reasonably possible—in original packaging.
  • Exceptions: made-to-order/personalised goods; sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene/safety if unsealed; used/consumed goods not resalable.
  • Exchanges via a new order; returns are refunded.

9. Refunds

After inspection we refund within 14 days via the original payment method (where technically possible), minus any value reduction and non-refundable charges.

10. Damage/shortage on delivery

  • Check your parcel immediately. Report within 48 hours with photos (box + contents) to info@lanternevolanti.com.
  • We resolve promptly (replacement, part or refund) under statutory warranty.

11. Warranty

Statutory conformity/warranty applies. Excludes improper use, normal wear or non-compliance with instructions.

12. Liability

Liability is limited to the order value or, if lower, the insurer’s payout, except in case of intent or gross negligence. No liability for consequential loss.

13. Force majeure

In force majeure (e.g., natural events, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions) we may suspend or terminate without liability.

14. Complaints & disputes

Complaints: info@lanternevolanti.com. Dutch law applies. Competent court: Limburg (Maastricht), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Changes

We may amend these Terms; the new version applies from publication.
